Well Integrity Assessment Package

Well Integrity Assessment Package

Well integrity –well-integrity solutions including single and multiple casings and barrier corrosion evaluation, cement evaluation and downhole video camera (DHVC).

PETCSs Well Integrity Platform is being built to address the ever-changing oil and gas market and its need for high quality services. Our range of memory logging services addresses the full well lifecycle and provides operators with tool packages to assist in the critical decision-making process of well optimisation. Applications include: fluid breakthrough identification, injection and production profiling, stimulation and fracture flow evaluation and formation pressure determination behind multiple casings.

We are a highly experienced Well Integrity team, with multi-discipline backgrounds and experience in various environmentswe are here to help!

      I.            The Multi-Finger Caliper

The Multi-finger Caliper (MFC) is used to detect casing deformation, bending, fractures, holes, (pitting) metal loss, and inner wall corrosion by individual measuring fingers.

The Other Technical CHaracterstics

  1. A centralizer to control the force of caliper arms upon opening and enhance tool dependability is separate from the tool, and it can be left out if required. Several types of centralizers are available to fit specific well condition.
  2. All parts of the caliper exposed to sulfuric fluids, including O rings, are made from imported special material to resist damage.

      II.            EMDS

EMDS tool design is based on the principle of magnetic induction. The EMDS probes generate eddy current in the tubing and casing. Eddy current reflects any defects in the tubing and or casing which are captured and displayed by the EMDS tool. The EMDS can also reflect the structure of the pipe, locate tools and equipment (centralizers, surface pipe, nipples, gas-lift valves), and it can be designed to handle H2S environment.

Features & Applications

  1. Can detect longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks, fractures, corrosion, bomb holes, sieve pipe and connector splits.
  2. Can detect damage in the tubing that is inside the casing, to enhance logging efficiency.
  3. Can identify the location of completion components in the well, for example, cross-overs, pipe image, packers, valves, and casing shoes.
  4. Can log under flowing condition. The tools are not affected by slurry, paraffin or cement deposition on pipe walls.
  5. Can be used in combination with Multi-Finger Caliper, to enhance accuracy of log interpretation.
